Then we go to the Beaujolais with a little jewel, from Maison l’Envoye - after that, a classic blend from Portugal, and to finish, a Port Style Wine from Trentadue ”Chocolate Amore”.. I am keeping in mind that the weather has been awful and we are making it worth while for you to show up: we’ll start with a sparkling from ISC, in Peru, Illinois , ( Yes! ) followed by a Rose from South of France, because we all need some sunshine in our glass, we’ll keep going South from Provence with a red from Lebanon to come back to California with a Zinfandel to warm up us !!!
